Every item is made to order. Please allow 3-5 working days for printing, then 2-3 working days for delivery, usually 5-8 working days in total. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Christmas order-by dates
- Christmas delivery, clothing (pyjamas, jumpers, baby sleepsuits): order by Thursday 10 December 2026
- Christmas delivery, mugs and drinkware (mugs, water bottles): order by Friday 11 December 2026
- Christmas Jumper Day: order by Friday 27 November
We'll always do our best for orders placed after these dates, but can't guarantee they'll arrive in time.
Returns
Non-personalised items: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us within that time, then return the item unused, unwashed and in its original condition within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund the item price (and the original standard delivery charge if you return the whole order) within 14 days of receiving the return.
Personalised items (such as name mugs, family mugs and name water bottles) are made specially for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items: email stuart.hogarty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
