Terms of service

  1. About us. This website is run by Stuart Hogarty, trading as Jolly Little Gifts, a sole trader based at 12 Calgary Street, Manchester, M18 8YG, United Kingdom. Contact: stuart.hogarty@gmail.com.
  2. Orders. When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and start making it.
  3. Prices. All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £40.
  4. Made to order. Every item is printed on demand. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product. Personalisation is printed exactly as entered, so please check spelling before ordering.
  5. Personalisation content. You must not ask us to print anything offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights (such as trademarks or copyrighted characters). We may cancel and refund any order that does.
  6. Delivery. See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
  7. Cancellations and returns. See our Refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
  8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.
  9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
