Christmas Last Order Dates

Every item is printed in the UK and made to order just for you. Here are the dates to order by so your gifts arrive in time.

Christmas order-by dates

  • Christmas Jumper Day (Thursday 10 December): order jumpers by Friday 27 November
  • Clothing (pyjamas, jumpers, baby sleepsuits): order by Thursday 10 December
  • Baby bodysuits, pet tees, aprons and Christmas decorations (baubles, ornaments, stockings, blankets and cushions): order by Thursday 10 December
  • Mugs and drinkware (mugs, water bottles): order by Friday 11 December
  • Christmas Eve sacks take a little longer to make, so please order them as early as you can.

These dates are a guide for UK mainland addresses, not a guarantee. They're based on our printing times and Royal Mail's recommended last posting date for Tracked 48 (Sat 19 December). Royal Mail delays can happen at Christmas, so please order as early as you can. Addresses in the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer. We'll always do our best for orders placed after these dates, but can't guarantee they'll arrive in time.

How we deliver

  • Every order is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99
  • FREE UK delivery on orders over £40 after discounts
  • UK addresses only

Please allow 3-5 working days for printing, then 2-3 working days for delivery, usually 5-8 working days in total. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Items from different printers may arrive in separate parcels.

Where can I find…

Personalised items are made specially for you, so we can't accept returns unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered. Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them.
